South Wales Chauffeurs (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are a chauffeur service based at 31 Bedford Road, Newport, NP19 0BW, and we take your privacy seriously.

What we collect and why

When you request a quote, make a booking enquiry, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, journey details (pickup, drop-off, dates, flight number) and any notes you add. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, and arrange and deliver your journey. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who processes your data

Your information is stored and processed by the following providers on our behalf:

• Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database) — enquiry and booking records
• Resend — transactional emails confirming your enquiry
• Google Maps Platform — address suggestions and route distances when you use the fare calculator (your typed addresses are sent to Google to provide this)
• Vercel Analytics — anonymised, cookie-free visitor statistics

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are retained for as long as needed to manage your booking and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights
